All DocuCom products require activation after purchase. To do this, you will need your serial number, which is available in your purchase confirmation e-mail or in the product packaging. Activating your product is simple if your computer has an internet connection. Otherwise, you will need to transfer the activation data from the closed computer to one with internet access.
