Please follow the steps below:
1> Sign in to ZEON website and create your account if necessary.
2> Choose "Retrieve Records" on User Home page.
3> Enter the "E-mail" address and the "True Name" registered in the original Order form, then click "Search My Records" button.
4> If the record is found, you will receive an email enclosing the serial number in a few minutes.
