MAINTENANCE for all Zeon DocuCom Standard products:
Maintenance provides the consumer with prioritized support on technical enquiries and free upgrade licenses during the duration of the service. As long as you are under service, the Serial Number for purchased products will be good for all upgraded versions of that product. Corporate and end users are encouraged to reduce future upgrade costs and enjoy priority technical support with the purchase of Maintenance Service.

Enterprise Deployment (Remote Installation)
A special solution to remotely install and activate DocuCom Products within a corporate network has been provided for corporate users.

Important Notice for Customers of DocuCom PDF Driver Server Edition before v6
To simplify the licensing of DocuCom PDF Driver, the product PDF Driver (Server Edition) before version 6 for Citrix Metaframe or Terminal Server has already been discontinued and is now considered as multiple copies of the standard DocuCom PDF Driver.

For our existing customers of DocuCom PDF Driver, the definition of "Number of Users" in the license agreement is unchanged. It means that corporate customers only need to know the total number of users of DocuCom PDF Driver product in the company and purchase the required number of user licenses for them. This new license policy allows corporations the freedom to install DocuCom PDF Driver in a mixed environment (if desirable) of standalone PCs and/or Citrix Metaframe (Terminal Server) servers so long as the umber of users is not over the purchased limit. License Terms -- for DocuCom PDF workstation products
Workstation Products: Except for DocuCom PDF Server and some component-related products, all Zeon DocuCom PDF products are licensed for workstation use only.
For Interactive Use Only: User interaction is required to operate DocuCom PDF workstation products. It is prohibited and illegal to program the workstation products as an automatic tool for batch conversion. You need to purchase server products (such as PDF Server) for unattended batch conversion. The limit on PDF creation for a single DocuCom Workstation license is 250 files and 25,000 pages (both conditions fulfilled) per day. Please consider purchasing DocuCom PDF Server if daily demand exceeds those ceilings.
Per-Seat License: DocuCom Software is licensed on a per-seat basis and you as an individual may install the Software on one computer only. One copy of software license shall not be used in more than one computer. The machine for each user or per-seat in an organization/institute requires a DocuCom workstation product license. "Seat" means a license to (1) install or run software on a single computer, or (2) use a single computer to access the software. Each computer on which software is installed or accessed is considered a separate "Seat.".
Server Use Is Prohibited: It is prohibited to use DocuCom workstation products on a Windows server machine - please use DocuCom PDF Server for such a purpose.

Purchase and Delivery Policy

1. Download and install the DocuCom product of your choice
Visit our web site and find the product on the Download Center page. Download the latest version and install it on your system (earlier versions also available).

2. Purchase the license
a. Buy the product online with your credit card.
b. Download the order form from our website. Fill it in and fax it to us.

3. Receive the Serial Number
a. After processing your online order successfully, the Serial Number will be available on the confirmation page and also delivered to the e-mail address specified in your order form.
b. For fax orders, we will prepare the Serial Number manually and send it to the e-mail address provided in your order form.

4. Activate the product
Enter the Serial Number while installing the product and it will activate online.
Note: You must activate the product within 30 days of installation. Otherwise, the product will revert to the trial version after expiration. "Trial" watermarks will then be shown across all PDF pages.
