If you want to add document properties in PDF file, please:

1> Launch MS Word and choose "File > Print...".

2> Select "DocuCom PDF Driver" and click "Properties...".

3> Check "Document Settings" on "PDF Settings" tab and click "Edit...".

4> Add the document properties and click OK.

Then, the custom document properties will be added into the created PDF files.
