How can I include original custom document properties in PDF file

I'd like to include original custom document properties (for example, specified in File -> Properties -> Custom in a Word document) in the resulting PDF file.

I see there is the option to specify custom properties in the Docucom printer driver properties, but these don't appear to inherit the custom properties already specified for the document.
