If you are using PDF Gold:

1> "File > Open" the file -- such as Word file, to be converted to PDF. (You must choose the correct file type in the Open dialog box)

2> Drag file inside PDF Gold -- single file or multiple files.

3> Use the "File > Create PDF" command.

Of couse, you must have PDF Gold installed correctly.
