I have installed the newest version of DocuCom PDF Print Driver and have had the same results on a brand new machine running Microsoft Office 2003 Professional and Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 2 and all the Microsoft critical updates.  I called Microsoft tech support for Word 2003 and they stated to rename the Addin registry for DocuCom in the HKey_Local Users area of the registry along with removing the Addin template while in the Word 2003 window..  That fixes the #4 on your list, but the addin entry in Word 2003 reappears.

Can anyone from DocuCom PDF Driver tech support help with the above problems # 1 thru #5?   Thanks.
