This is not caused by "PDF Direct!" but "AutoCAD". However, we have solved this problem, that you can download the latest version of "PDF Driver" from out Download Center, and then try it.
"PDF Direct!" converts *.dwg files to PDF files by launching associated application (e.g. AutoCAD), relying on certain Windows registry. However, AutoCAD failed to write the registry correctly.
To prove what i said is true, you may associated *.dwg files with another application (named Autodesk Volo View), the problem would be solved.
