or Terminal Server customers may install PDF
Driver in their Server machines to be shared
by connected clients. However, a license
must be purchased for each client user.
For instance, if PDF Driver is installed on
50 standalone PCs for each salesperson and
also installed on a Citrix Metaframe (or
Terminal Server) machine to be shared by 50
users in the administration department, the
total number of required licenses (permitted
number of users) will be (50 X 2) + 2 = 102
licenses.
How to Create a PDF from Windows Applications
Use any Windows application - such as Microsoft Office
- to create
an original document.
Execute the application's "File > Print"
menu command.
In the "Print" dialog box, select "DocuCom PDF Driver"
as the printer.
You can also click the "Properties"
button to modify "PDF Settings,"
such as Conversion (compression and font embed), Watermark, Security,
Signature, and others.
Click "OK" to create your wonderful PDF document.
