Re:Re:Page numbers up side down
Nilla, Sounds like you have your Office printer settings set to "reverse pages". The result is that Office is "printing" the document with reverse pages and then sending that reversed file to the PDF printer where it is converted into a PDF file with the pages reversed. Open your print dialogue in Word, under Options you will see "reverse pages". Make sure the box beside it is empty to turn off the "reverse pages" feature. What I have done is set my printer's setting (not the print setting for Word) to reverse pages this way when I print to my paper printer from Word (or any application) the pages are reversed but if I create a PDF file in Word the pages are not reversed. To set your printer defaults: Got to Start>Control Panel>Printers Select the paper printer and (for XP) int he left hand side of the dialogue box you will see "set printer preferences". If you don't see that option, right click on the printer and in the context menu that opens select "printer preferences". From there, if your printer has the ability to do it, you can select "reverse pages" or "last page first" options. That will mean any time you print to that printer from any application that the pages will be reversed. HTH
