Re:Dies in spool PROBLEM SOLVED! Ok, anybody having this problem... check your system for a REAL parallel port. I just upgraded my notebook to a new Lenovo that like so many new computers these days...has NO PS/2, Serial or Parallel port. USB and 1394 etc only! So you can go into the printer properties for your docucom driver... change the port from LPT1 (which doesn't exist) to a new port... Create a new port called Zeon or whatever and you should be up and running. Enjoy.
