Can't uninstall
I am trying to reinstall DocuCom PDF Gold but the issue is that when I go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features I hit the uninstall for DocuCom PDF Gold, it initiates the uninstall until I get the window saying I need to close the Zeon License Service to which I chose to automatically close it. Then windows shuts down and nothing happens. What should I do? Is the installed program corrupt? I am stuck now because I can't activate the existing copy but neither I can install a new one for my Win7 64 bit because it won't until I uninstall the existing version. Please assist.
