Access Reports to PDF
I have a Microsoft Access report where each group (or record from my table) is on a new page. I want to automatically print out separate pdf files for each group that are automatically named according to the information contained in the field I am using for my group. For example, each report is grouped by a field in the table called [ZIP]. I would like it to automatically create a new report for each record/group that would be named [ZIP].pdf. Thank you!
