My friend is running XP Home 2002 Edition with SP2.

PDF Driver 7.85R1

They can print to PDF from Word. They were able to print to PDF from an earlier version of Publisher. Now (after the Publisher 2007 upgrade) they get a mesage "waiting for printer to respond Docucom PDF Driver"

I asked them to uninstall Publisher today and reinstall it. I will call them back tomorrow. Any thoughts?
