Docucom PDF driver License is "Terminal"

I have recently purchased a 10 user liscense, I have installed the license on one machine and all was fine. I went to update another machine with the liscense and the license type is "Terminal" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, however the license type is still "Terminal"

Any help would be appreciated.
