It seems you are using PDF Driver in Terminal Server mode. If so, the product need be activated via our ZNLP(Zeon License Proxy). About ZNLP, please see:http://www.pdfwizard.com/eng/product/ZNLP/asp.

Additional, if you have activated this serial number on other computers already, please deactivate on all of them, then you can reactivate it via ZNLP.
