Printing to DocuCom PDF Driver causes Error
Good Day All, DocuCom PDF Driver 5.00 for NT was distributed with a product we have purchased. Recently we have been experiencing problems when we try to print to a PDF from the application. With in the log files of this application We receive a Crytal error about the PEStartPrintJob failing. That there is an error in the Crystal template. However, we can run and view the template just fine from within crystal. The next step I took was to uninstall the PDF driver and reinstall, rebooting in between and all. Still the same issue. I then tried to print directly to the PDF driver from within Crystal and received this error message "Error starting print job. Please check your printer or network connections. With this I went one step further, I opened up wordpad, type a bit of text and tried to print to the PDF Driver again. The message received in wordpad is "Could not start print job". I have noticed that the PDF Driver is setup to print on port LPT1. Is there something I am missing or doing wrong, or is there an issue with the driver.
