Firstly, please check if you install version 6 on 64 bit WinXP. Please note, only owr version 8 can support 64 bit OS.

Secondly, our PDF Driver 6.x has two versions: one for Win98/ME, another for WinXP/2000. Please check if you have installed the right version.

BTW, PDF Driver 6 is too old. You'd better upgrade to our latest version PDF Driver 8. The new version improves its speed and quality in creating PDF files, with which users can get perfect PDF files of different requirements. And it also supports Microsoft's latest Windows Vista. Before the upgrade, you may download the free trial version for evaluation from:http://www.pdfwizard.com/eng/product/downdrv.asp.
