Purchase Steps:

1. Download and fill in the order form (see below). Then send it to ZEON
through fax (+886-2-2833-9840) or e-mail (sales@pdfwizard.com).

| 2. ZEON will send you a VLP End User License Agreement. You must read and sign
the document and send it back to ZEON in order to qualify for the VLP. |
|
3. ZEON will send your order confirmation and process payment (through wire
transfer or credit card).
|
| 4. A CD installer with a specifically assigned serial number will be shipped,
along with your License Information and finalized End User License Agreement.
This is your contract with ZEON, so please keep it for your records. |

| A Note on the Volume License Key CD: Your
organization's System Administrator is free to distribute the program up to and
not exceeding the permitted number of licenses as agreed upon in the License
Agreement. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the License Key is
secure. The Key should not be distributed on any network accessible to the
public by internet, nor should the License Key CD be copied in excess of one
backup copy.

| A Note on Upgrades: Updates are downloadable for VLP
Users from ZEON's website, as per usual. However, Upgrades will require a new
Volume License Key CD to be mailed after purchase. After receiving the upgrade,
all original media containing previous versions of the Software must be
destroyed. Buyers who wish to keep licenses to use both versions must pay full
price for the new Software, as opposed to the discounted upgrade price. |
