License Terms - for DocuCom PDF Terminal Server Pack
For Terminal Server Use Only: PDF Terminal Server Pack is licensed for Terminal Server use only.
One copy of Software and Serial Number per Server: One Terminal Server Pack and Serial number is required for each Terminal Server system.
PDF Driver - Server license:If PDF production reaches the purchased performance limit (Both number of pages and files/per hour), Driver will stop processing for one hour. Customers may purchase increased capacity if necessary.
PDF Plus and PDF Driver - Per-seat Licenses Per-seat: You as an individual may install the Software on one computer only. One copy of software license shall not be used in more than one computer. The machine for each user or per-seat in an organization/institute requires a license. "Seat" means a license to (1) install or run software on a single computer, or (2) use a single computer to access software. Each computer on which software is installed or accessed is considered a separate "Seat." The limit on PDF creation for a single-seat, Terminal Server Pack PDF Driver license is 250 files and 25,000 pages (both conditions fulfilled) per day. Please consider purchasing a "server" license or more seats if demand exceeds those ceilings.
PDF Plus - Concurrent License: All computers on the network have access to the Software, but the number of users using the Software at the same time cannot exceed the purchased limit.
For Interactive Use Only User interaction is required to operate the Software. It is prohibited and illegal to program the Software as an automatic tool for batch conversion.
