I am trying to generate a PDF (architectural E size, 36 inches x 48 inches) that is a geographical map generated from the Maptitude product (www.caliper.com). The image seems to be getting chopped off (obtain PDFs from links below). After experimentation, I've been able to acocmplish this by reducing the resolution to 600 dpi, but anything higher will chop the image. What causes this and how can I generate PDF at higher resolution?
