Hi,

  i have been asked to look into an error we are having with a installation of the PDF terminal server pack of the software. the installation is successful, with no errors. if the we then try to create a PDF as administrator everything works fine, however, when we login as a user we get errors relating to 'the zeon licencing service not being available'. Also when checking the licencing information (PDF print driver -> about tab ->licencing) as a user it shows as trial and expired, whereas as administrator it shows as two valid licences.We have uninstalled and reinstalled (including deleteing files in the application data folder with no success.  Below i'm including the ZNSL logs for users and administrator which hopefully will help.
