ERROR CODE 0X20020221 My DocuCom PDF Gold 9.51 suddenly lost its activation and reverted to a Trial. I reinstalled and tried to Activate and keep getting error code 0x20020221. I have contacted Zeon support and had long and many discussions. I have tried everything that they told me to do. Their last response was that they do not know what the problem is and cannot do anything about it. I have never had a support group give up on an issue with their product! I guess the programmers are not as good as they think they are when they cannot solve an issue with their product.
Now what do I do? Abandon the product and purchase another?
