激活不了与激活后一段时间变成未激活问题

我遇到了以下两个问题，请问怎么解决啊？

1、在安装后正常激活，使用一段时间后，又变成了未激活版本。

2、在安装时提示要求用windows管理员登录激活，但已经是管理员登录了。

我已按以下方法重装过了，还是一样

1. 卸载PDF Gold 9.51；
2. 重新启动电脑；
3. 打开“开始—运行”，输入“%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\”，按OK，并删除“Zeon”文件夹；
4. 重新安装PDF Gold 9.51简体中文版
