Licensing, where to see the installed licenses?

I don't know exactly how licensing is working. If I have 100 licenses - are the licenses for 100 users or 100 computers? So if I can install on 100 computers (and this 100 computers are used by 150 users, every one is allowed to use the pdf driver?

But if it's not for computers but for users, where can I see how many users are licensed for PDF Driver? Every time the registration online is done, where can I check the information about registered users?
