We are using PDF Driver v5.02 which shipped with Cardiff Teleform. This was certified for NT / 2000 from what I see in the about box.

Three issues:

1. Do you have an update / upgrade for XP? Where can I get this?

2. When we started using the driver on a newer XP machine, the generated PDF sizes were very large. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?

3. Periodically on XP, we get the driver not found error in the event log.

Driver Acrobat PDFWriter required for printer Acrobat PDFWriter is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again.

Rebooting solves the problem. Is this a known issue?
