Win Defender and DocuCom

I install Win Defender on my computer. Win defender is new anti spyware program from Microsoft. When i scan my computer, it finds trojan in zeon98.dll. So I have one question. Installs this file with instalation of DocuCom, or is another file and i can safely remove it from system? And when i remove this file from system, i must reinstall DocuCom?
