Dear all,

we have experiencing some problem converting document to PDF and then creating a copy of the same document in TIFF.

The Steps are:

1) Converting a Word in PDF

2) Setting The scale to 300DPI

3) Converting the PDF in TIFF

Our problem is that in the produced TIFF no resolution or resolution unit TAG in inserted, so when we try to print it or make some resolution dependent change, we are not able to see how big is (in Inch or centimeter) the document.

Do you have someone experiencing the same problem?
