Occasionally the data saved on your hard disk to preserve DocuCom system
settings or user preferences will cause conflicts when newer or alternate
versions of the software are installed. If this happens you should follow the
procedures below for reinstallation. It is recommended that you always update
your software to the latest version for the most secure build.
XP:
1) Deactivate the software -
http://www.pdfwizard.com/eng/qa/HowToDeactivate.asp.
2) Uninstall the software
3) Delete this folder: "%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Zeon"
4) Restart the computer.
5) Reinstall the software.
6) Activate the software - http://www.pdfwizard.com/eng/qa/HowToActivate.asp.
Vista and Windows 7:
1) Deactivate the software - http://www.pdfwizard.com/eng/qa/HowToDeactivate.asp
2) Uninstall the software
3) Delete these folders: "[System Drive]/Program Files/Zeon" and "[System Drive]/ProgramData/Zeon".
4) Restart the computer.
5) Reinstall the software.
6) Activate the software - http://www.pdfwizard.com/eng/qa/HowToActivate.asp.
WITH ZNLP:(DocuCom Verson 8)
1) Uninstall the software.
2) Uninstall the ZNLP.
3) Delete this folder: "%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Zeon".
4) Restart the computer.
5) Reinstall the ZNLP.
6) Reinstall the software.
7) Activate with ZNLP.
