When I try to activate DocuCom 9 on Windows Vista it says I must “log in as administrator,” even though I already am. How do I activate?
Try activating through the License Information dialog, located here:
 
Start > Programs > Zeon DocuCom > (PDF Direct! or PDF Plus) > License Information
Right-click the License Information link and select “Run as Administrator.” Then click the “Activate” button.
