Probably, your Compression Settings are not correctly used. Let's take a look at how reducing resolution, modifying compression, and image down-sampling should be set as an emample. 1. Choose a lower resolution on General Tab. The default 600dpi maybe not suitable. Windows GDI generates more image data for Higher resolution. 2. Choose JPEG - Low to further reduce image size, while losing the quality. 3. Choose down-sample with lower resolution. You can use all the methods above together to reduce image size as well. Some experiments might be needed to get the best results. |
