Citrix Metaframe or Terminal Server customers may install PDF Driver Standard edition in the Server machines to be shared by connected clients. However, you need to purchase a license for each client user.
For instance, you need to install PDF Driver in 50 standalone PCs for each salesperson; and also install the PDF Driver in a Citrix Metaframe (or Terminal Server) machine to be shared by 50 users of the administration department. The total number of required licenses (permitted number of users) will be 100.
Note: 2 licenses is needed for Server machine activation. To install and activate PDF Driver Standard edition on any Server machine, you need to purchase at least 2 user licenses (in one order) -- even if you are the only user of this machine. This is the limitation of our current system. |
