Please deregister the serial number from your account firstly.

1. Sign in our website with your account.
2. Click "Licenses List", then choose "Unbind My licenses".
   
3. On the list, select that serial number, and press the button "Unbind" beside.
   
4. Follow the instruction to complete the process.

Then let your friend bind this serial number to his/her account.
